Job Match ReportThe Job Match Report tells you which of four types your are within your preferred Influencing Style. While the Interactive Styles Reports look at two dimensions of preferred behaviours – ‘performance and analysis’ vs ‘ideas and people’ and being ‘earnest’ or ‘playful’, the Job Match Report looks at a further two behavioural preferences – for being ‘centred’ vs ‘emotional’, and for being ‘earnest’ vs ‘playful’. This combination of 4 behavioural pairs give a total of 16 possible Impact Types. Knowing your type allows you, among other things, to compare it with the requirements of any job. Each Job Match Report contains a match between your Impact Type and a range of careers and jobs This is an essential aide in career development and role competence assessments. Our Career Job Match Reports also provide a link to www.fasttomato.com which links your interests with possible courses and places of further education.
